How It Works

Anyone who wants to send an item to their family, friends, or others can log in and add the item with all its details. They specify where the item is currently located and which country they want it sent to. They also set the price they deem appropriate for shipping the item, which will be paid to the traveler upon completion of the process.

As a platform, we charge a small commission on each connection made between the item owner and the traveler.

Afterward, the item owner waits for a notification from the platform that someone is interested. We then ask the item owner to pay the mentioned amount.

Immediately after payment, the platform sends all contact information to both the item owner and the traveler. During this meeting, the item owner provides the recipient's name and location.

If the item is valuable, the item owner can request insurance and also set the insurance amount.

As for the traveler, after logging in, they specify their country of residence and the country they are traveling to. All available items with their shipping prices will then appear.

They select the items suitable for them and wait for a notification to meet the item owner.

If there is insurance, the traveler must pay it to the platform. After delivering the item to the intended person, the item owner informs us that the task is completed. We then send the payment to the traveler along with the insurance, if applicable.
